  1. My go-to idea for brain breaks is a game called Silent Toss. It's played with a foam ball which is tossed from student to student. When you drop it you are out. The rules of the game change periodically during the game- example: You begin the game using both hands, but after a few minutes that is changed to catching with only one hand. Kids love it!

  3. We LOVE LOVE LOVE GoNoodle! My kiddos love the variety, but they're loving the Boogie Down one best! They also ask to do Flow all the time before any sort of test we might have :o)

  4. Lately, that's all I've been hearing about - Go Noodle! I will have to check it out! We take brain breaks based on a set I purchased off of TPT from 3rd Grade Thoughts.
